Sheboygan Society of Scale Model Railroad Engineers

Due to the public's overwhelming response and dismay at the thought of there being no more open houses, we have decided to continue to hold open houses and events until the building is sold and a new location is obtained. The Society owns and operates a DCC Computer assisted HO modular layout that travels to numerous venues each year. New members are always welcome. We recently acquired a large collection of railroad artifacts that are being catalogued, some dating back more than 60 years. One of them is a complete cab control stand from an EMD SD9 loco, built in 1959. We are currently researching it's origin to determine where it was originally used. Attempts will be made to restore it as well to working condition.
